Our Story
Amidst the global uncertainty wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic, CA Dinesh Kumar, the visionary Founder of YCBA, identified a critical gap in the availability of affordable quality strategy and financial consultancy services for startups, as well as small and mid-sized companies. Recognizing the pressing need to address this gap, he made a courageous decision to depart from his high-paying corporate role.
In April 2020, he established YCBA with a singular mission: to deliver Quality Strategic and Business Advisory services to every deserving business and aspiring entrepreneur. In doing so, he embarked on a journey to bridge this divide and empower businesses with the strategic insights necessary to thrive in challenging situations.
Our Founder
Mr Dinesh Kumar, a seasoned Chartered Accountant by profession with thirty one (31) years of rich post-qualification experience including twenty-seven (27) years of working at senior positions across manufacturing as well as service sectors before starting YCBA.

Besides being AICMA and MBA, he is also an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI. He is an alumnus of SRCC and FMS, Delhi University. His core expertise includes corporate planning & strategy, project finance, treasury management and setting up & managing complete F&A operations.
